Mobile Nokia C3 problem

AOA,

I am using Nokia C3 cell phone, and facing a problem, the problem is that, when I connect internet and open youtube to watch any kind of video we receive a message on my cell which is "Required Capability not Granted"

How we can rectify/solve this problem??

You will need to purchase that service, I'd guess.

Have you ever been able to watch Youtube on this phone???

I think Lyn is correct. You will have to subscribe to a data plan with correct configuration settings.

WS, Munawer!

Further clarification would have been of much help to understand your situation. However, I presume you are able to open youtube site but are not able to play the video, which works on streaming. If I am right, you need to configure some settings of the video streaming player.

I have stumbled up on this video on youtube. I am not really sure if it will help you, but I think it is worth a having look at.
