what should be minimum heating surface area for generating 10 tph with a steam pressure of 65 kg /cm2 with a temperature of 495+\-10 deg centigrade

It depends on the temperature of the heat source on the hot side

This will vary from Boiler manufacturer to manufacturer. It can be 12 sft to 18 sft/lb steam for a water tube boiler and 6.9 to 10 sft/lb steam for a fire tube boiler.

I do not understand why you are asking this and wood consumption/100 Tph steam Boiler. It seems obvious that you are taking a Superheated wood-fired fludized-bed Power Boiler for a 15 mw to 20 Mw Steam Turbine. You should be getting all details from your EPC Supplier. Please read first what he has sent before starting to ask these from us.
