Out of, or off of?

If the entire suit is shiny, live with it.

If the seat and elbows are shiny it is a sign of wear.

You might try a brush, or take it to a tailor.

Can't help you if it is "in" the suit.

If (like me) you have got carried away with the hot iron and your (at least partially synthetic fibre) suit is now shiny, I am not aware of any way to fix the damage.
