How do you calculate the nominal voltage tap ratio for a power transformer, given the winding ratios and voltage ratings of the transformer?

Have a look at the manufacturers plate on the transformer. All the information will be there.

Normally if it has an OLTC it is the figure given against the centre-tap. What does the nameplate say?.
