Water Basement Problem

Er, is it not condensation from the air dropping out at a cold spot?

He probably inadvertently trapped a dew drop fairy in his basement.

Where is the upstairs bathroom, or the kitchen, in relation to these little drops of (we can only hope it is) water?

That's what I have to do in the house in Minnesota.

We actually had standing water in ours.

Well Standing is better that laying, I hate that lazy water, always laying down on the job.

nornally, there is a grove cut around the paremeter tof the wall that directs water to the sump. i suspect it was filled it with grout.

Buy a decent dehumidifier and run its discharge hose to the sump pump pit.....

Aw that's too easy of an answer. I suggest that the whole house, including basement foundation, should get transported to the arid climate of the Gobi desert. There will be no condensation now.
