We are fabricating natural draft cooler head in line with ASME SEC-8 Div-1 where there is weld overlap of inlet/outlet nozzle with tube sheet and plug sheet seams and as for as material is concerned it is 516 Gr.70 for one cooler and for other cooler it is SA-240 UNS S31803.Please furnish your reply with reference of code either it is acceptable or not.
