Which technology is more accurate, Photoacoustic Spectroscopy OR Chromatography in case of dissolved gas analysis for transformer oil ?

The answer to a question like this might have bias due to a vested interest in promoting specific hardware for sale. You will probably get the best answer from someone in a lab who uses both technologies. And even then, it may depend on what kind of contaminates your are looking for with the analysis.

Perhaps you would learn more by using a search engine for oil analysis. Good luck with your effort!
