Is there any open source for learning Comsol Simulations?

I dont have a valid liscence to get info from website of comsol, if any other alternative is present It will be of a great help.

From the website it looks like it is a high-end purchase-only software package.

They do have workshops where you could get more information and training but you will likely have to pay for that too (again see the website for more details). The website does offer free tutorial videos which may be of assistance.

Have you considered a different (less expensive) simulation package?

I've been to workshop's of COMSOL, but they demonstrate the same thing in each and every place. Is there any book on it? (I need it urgently)

Yes, both COMSOL and Amazon offer books on the subject.
