If this undefined facility has no roof, and only one floor level, you may make it any size you wish without using any columns.

How thick your walls will be? Want to stitch some canvas together and blow it upwards?

This looks, smells, tastes and sounds like a homework problem!

And stop shouting at us in capital letters!

There's a lot of factors to consider when choosing a roof structure, as follows:

1. The roof span between supports. Obviously, the longer the span gets the more complicated the structural design becomes.

2. The actual type of rood structure, including it's "self-weight", which is also known as the Dead Load because it's part of the actual construction and doesn't move once installed.

3. Live loads per actual locale. These include: Seismic Loads, Snow Loads, Wind Loads, Rain Loads, and yes, sometimes Impact loads if the roof is a movable type (opens & closes). These loads are dictated by local, state, and national building codes, but in some cases nations in the developing world that don't have or embrace a national building code may use the Unified Building Code (UBC) and/or the International Building Code (IBC)

4. Roof slopes come into play a lot.

5. Building occupancy type and the number of persons served that would be using the facility will greatly influence the design and the design loads.

For long span roofs there are several different type of roof framing structures that can be used, the proper use, and construction of such, are all dependent on the the rood span, loads, roof slopes, and building occupancy.

Long span steel trusses, long span open-web steel joist, air-inflated roof systems, and "space frames" can be utilized. Each has it own inherent advantages and disadvantages.

Soil conditions and groundwater conditions will come into play as well and dictate what type of foundation(s) can actually be constructed based on the roof type and loadings. Again, each has it's limits.

You seriously need to obtain the design services of a Licensed/Registered Architect, Licensed/Registered Structural Engineer (a PE) and a Licensed/Registered Geotechnical Engineer (a PE).

This one, built in 1965 (Houston, Texas, USA), has 642 ft clear span, 208 ft high. Larger ones have been built since.

Exterior:

Interior:

It could probably be purchased at a reasonable price, since it is no longer used.

How big is huge?

This does sound like a homework question, can you provide more information including at least an estimate of dimensions and construction.
