Differentiate Taptite & Type by Thread Forms

Hi all,

I have some idea in taptite II thread forms,I want to clarify myself in the following,

1) can we replace Taptite II threads by Type BT thread forms?

2)Apart from trilobular shape, is there any significant difference between them?

Since they make their own threads, does it really matter.

Have you done a search for :

1. Taptite II threads

2. Type BT threads

And compared the results?
