i spent 6 years in a large multinational company (with some in-depth discussions with inventors in Europe and USA also), before i got enough confidence and knowledge to design a current-limiting MCCB. i was 45 years old when i did.

My point is that you cannot get that knowledge in a few posts, albeit from experts, on any forum like CR4. You need to work under a benevolent expert for at least a couple of years.
