How does the behaviour of the machine differ from its design Control Philosophy document? How has this situation arisen?

What is the difference between the new Control Philosophy and the existing one?

What is the difference between the new I/O Schedule and the existing one?

As <...am unable to understand with this programing....>, delegate the task to someone who does. For that to happen, the revised Control Philosophy document and the revised I/O Schedule document need to be available for that individual to use. These documents should detail the changes, so that there is both instruction and record of what that individual is supposed to do and have done.

While that individual is doing the task, observe and ask questions to <...understand with this programing....> ready for next time.

If, for some reason, the changes that individual makes are not satisfactory and the individual cannot be secured to attend to the problem, then the two documents will give guidance to another individual as to what was intended by the change, so that any issues can be fully addressed.
