Direct Current Flow of an Electromagnet

If I reverse the direct current flow of an electromagnet, does that reverse the polarity of the magnet?

Yes. But, everything goes the opposite way in the southern hemisphere.

No silly,

Every thing's backwards there, even the polarity.

That's why electrical appliances all work right on both sides of the equator.

It's windmills that run backwards.
