The magic word implantable sugests a sterile medical product while I know Farnell very well I do no think they have a medical division. I have used them as a supplier for over twenty years. Their catalogue is by my side right now.

Yes I do. But I would need your ideal spec. requirement. Things like density etc..Important because if you wanted a foam like product the gas present could be of concern. As far as the medical vs. Industrial goes for the same product, sort of, that price increase is only because of what the market will pay. Medical customers have more money than Screw driver customers if you know what I mean.
