but point is that i am not having that much money . is there any way out other than this?

Problem is, money is always tight, some will push in the right direction, even give away proprietary information that's worth $$$ But as an engineer, there is a level of integrity, that any competent engineer refuses to cross. Because crossing that line is theft.

ASME V (NDE´S) is not for material selection. For material selection use ASME II (Also ASME IX). WP
