Residual Magnetisam in Motor

we want to implement reaccelaration scheme in our 6.6 kv feed motor..my question is how residual magnetisam of motor will affect on this scheme?

Given the limited amount of information supplied the answer is: It depends upon the type of motor, its load, the reacceleration scheme, etc. If you reclose too soon it may have a major effect, if you wait long enough it won't.

All motors have varying amounts of residual magnetism, but the thing you really need to avoid is the MAGNETIC FIELD still being in place before re-energization. That varies as well and the bigger the motor the longer it will take to decay, but I have never seen a field that takes more than a few seconds to collapse.

What you need to do is contact the motor mfr for the data sheet, it should show what is called the "Open Circuit Time Constant", listed in seconds or fractions of a second. This is the amount of time it takes for the voltage created by the still-present magnetic field to decay to below 37% of the line voltage. 37% is a somewhat arbitrary number known to not cause damage if re-connected to the line. Set your re-acceleration scheme to be greater than the OCTC.
