	Rajesh nagiri has first refusal on the original hard copy via the CR4 internal messaging system. Copying and distributing copyright works as .pdf flies renders the individual copying liable to prosecution, so this particular invitation is declined. It is highly inadvisable to post an e-mail address in an on-line forum. They are easily harvested by spambots and can then be readily bombarded with spam, rendering them practically useless.
