1500/200=7.5 3/7.5=0.4 You have to go to a larger pulley on the conveyor, or get a slower motor...or go to a multiple pulley system...or a gear reduction transmission...

Speed is directly proportional to diameter.

Just use a .4 inch drive pulley.

rpm1/rpm1 = d2/d1

assume d1 = 1

1500/1300 = d2/1

d2 = 1500/1300 = 1.15. You may have to use an adjustable pulley to get it just right.

Or you can go here and use the calculator

Misprint: It should be rpm1/rpm2 = d2/d1.

The OP can clarify whether "@" = "by" or "to", which would be 1300 or 200 output rpm, respectively.

A minimun motor pulley , for a "A" v belt profile , could be about 2 inch , so your conveyor pulley shall be 2 x 7.5 , or 15 inch diameter
