Parameters of Three Phases Transformer

05/20/2012 11:05 PM

Hi everyone, I have a no load test and a short circuit test of a delta-wye three phases transformer. I wonder how to find of Rc Xm ,Req and Xeq of the transformer. I know how to find them in a single phase transformer. Can I do it like a single phase transformer or do I have to modify the equations? Thanks for replies.

What does the test procedure (the document against which the tests are being carried out) say? What does the transformer manufacturer say?

I don't find about how it was carried out. The paper is written as "measurement of no load loss and exciting current: average oil temp. 32 degree Celsius humidity 63% Voltage test 416.0 V. Current 1.6 A. No load loss 418.1 W. ..... Measurement of load loss and impedance voltage: Humidity 63% Tap 1 Voltage 781.8 V. Current 5.4 A (at ref. 75.0 Celsius) load loss 1474.4 W Impedance (%) 3.27 Total loss 1892.5 W Efficiency(%) 99.17 Voltage Regulation (%) at Pf. 1.0 0.71 "

The telephone is the ideal vehicle for solving a problem like this.
