Sillica Carry Over

in boiler re-heater attemperation is given in CRH (360c/4.5mpa) inlet to reduce silica carry over ,if it is given in HRH(540c/4mpa)outlet what will be the reaction . and what is the actual reaction witch produce silica carry over

There is no reaction. Silica is marginally soluble in steam.

If the level of silica in the steam is to be reduced, focus on improving boiler feedwater treatment to remove it at source.
