Can U explain chemically and thermo-dynamicaly the procedure of forming from iron ore to iron and what is the specific role of each flux.

The role of flux has not changed over the eons. Flux - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Neither has the smelting of iron ore.

Maybe you should hire a metallurgist to tutor you. Look under contract workers.
