What is the best for electrical earthing in Pakistan (Plate earth or copper rod earth) for lighting?

The answer may be found by:

  1. Turning off Caps Lock, then
  2. Reading the Pakistan equivalent of Indian Standard 3043.

It depends on the size(voltage/current) of installation. As Pakistan was under British rule follow BS 7671 & CP for earthing & BS 6651 for lightning protection.
