	What is the best for electrical earthing in Pakistan (Plate earth or copper rod earth) for lighting?

	IS 2309 is for LIGHTNING. The OP's question is for LIGHTING

	It depends on the size(voltage/current) of installation. As Pakistan was under British rule follow BS 7671 & CP for earthing & BS 6651 for lightning protection. __________________ pnaban
