Premier for Virtual Reality Showcase

Iowa State University has unveiled what is reportedly the world's most elaborate virtual reality environment: the 100-million-pixel, six-sided C6 at its Virtual Reality Applications Center (VRAC). "The C6 is an invaluable tool for design and research," says James Oliver, VRAC director, who sees potential for "significant gains in information discovery, creativity, and knowledge through having more data available at one time."
