SS316 in Hydroxid & Bicarbonated Ammonia

Why isn't suitable SS316 in the gas media which combination of H2O, NH3, CO2 ?

but our adviser advise pvdf coating on carbon steel. I want to know the reasons. He said, ss316 isn't suitable!

In the table which you introduce, SS316 in ammonia hydroxid is A and in ammonia bicarbonate is B.

I am amazing!!!

Why not use a plastic, if the temperature and pressure aren't too high. You should have that information, right?

pvdf;cpvc;pvc;tfe;pp;pe would all be OK.

Because cost of using SS316 lower than carbon steel with PVDF coating!

So if we can use SS316, why should we use PVDF?

Brainfart. One minute, 316 isn't suitable, the next it is, and PVDF has been suggested over plastics with a lower retail value.
