what should be the fillet leg length size for 10mm thick to 10mm thick Tee joint and

36mm thick to 12mm thick Tee joint?

The rule of thumb, on a T joint with fillet welds on both sides, is 3/4 of the thinnest material thickness equals a full strength weld. When welding 2 different sizes, the throat depth should be calculated using the thinnest one's thickness...but it's all here...

Additionally; fillet weld size is the effective throat not the leg length.
