06/13/2012 12:16 AM

i'm using a hpe-560 sp-1 pro. i get an error message when i try to install the hp d-110a printer- scanner that came with the machine, i get a "windows installer can't be accessed" message. there's no errors in the installer specs. i've tried most of suggestions i could find online.

does anyone know the fix?

Did you try download the software or are you using the installer CD?

In very rare cases the CD is not readable and it just needs to be a bit off (pun intended) and it doesnt work.

How exactly did you try to install the printer scanner?

Are you running a compatible Windows OS on your "hpe-560 sp-1 pro?
