Windows Consumer Preview Format

I had windows 7 in my laptop and I dowloaded windows 8 and installed it.It was quite good but I have problems with videos, I cannot play any video.

Cant I go back to windows 7,

cant i install windows 7 again ?

The laptop should have come with a rescue disk. This would be the one you need to reverse the problematic windows 8 install.

Best adise but probably to late is always back up your hardrive and also make a HDD image of the freshly installed system so you can recover it in case of trouble.
