Alignment Clearance Between a Shaft Bushing

Pls i like to know something about this Marine shaft, coupling Alignment the clearance between a shaft inside a rear strut bearing and cut less bearing

One criterion I've seen is 0.001 to 0.002 inch clearance per inch of shaft diameter.
