Replacement Rivet Types for Aluminum Boat Restoration

what replacement rivet types are most successfully used for aluminum boat restoration ?

I need to use a pull through type rivet. that would be leak proof............billchep

Blind rivets are available from various sources. I'd coat them with silicone, but it isn't absolutely necessary.

Holes that are enlarged should be drilled out and a larger rivet used to prevent leaks and loosening.

Closed-End Blind Rivets

The two happiest days in a boat owner's life are the day he gets the boat and the day he gets rid of the boat. I mostly agree with this.
