How can calculate the kwh in 3 phase energy meter if one ct is running reverse.

define "one ct is running reverse" please...

How about turning it off, swapping the leads and then turning it back on again?

You calculate the wrong value, discover the problem, fix the problem and then get the right value.

It is better and easier to fix the problem than to try and scale the error to approximate the correct value (which there is no guarantee you can actually do if the three phase loads are unbalanced). Also, you don't get in trouble with the power company due to incorrect billing.

Good question my master mind , but plz dont play with CT , It is injurious to health..... n remember 1 thing " NO WORK IS URGENT OR IMPORTANT WITHOUT SAFETY "..
