	Go to Home page, on the Red line across top, click your Member name. On the new screen it gives 4 boxes below the Red Line Edit Profile....check mail box....View subscribed disciussions..... Log out. Log out does the job!....It took me a while to find it too! __________________ health warning: These posts may contain traces of nut.

	click you screen name anywhere at page top. When personal page loads, logout. Simple. The ideas is the hosts want you to visit your personal page frequently...or expect that you might.
