Contact the manufacturer and ask for the application datasheet.

You could get the service manual for the unit the ic is located in. Also is NM5441 a label on the ic or etched on it? What style of mounting, shape, number of legs any other numbers or letters on the ic would/could help. What type of equipment is it in.

Last it could be a custom ic by/for the manufacturer of the equipment its located in.
