Turn on machine. Move handles until rocks break. Take a break. Repeat as necessary.

If you have the specific model number or product name, you should be able to find a manual online somewhere. Or, you can call whoever sold you the piece of equipment and request a manual (if one wasn't included).

Shot in the dark, here's a random manual to a random hydraulic rock breaker. Lot's of good information included (for this particular rock breaker).
