What role does the valve play, in what sort of process?

  • Nuclear?
  • Steam?
  • Bulk pharmaceutical?
  • Sewage?

All valves Class 600 are special class valves. NDE (Non-Destructive Examination) which could be X-Ray, Gamma Ray, Ultasonic Examination, Dye-Penetrant and Hydrostatic Testing, you may apply to examin the body of valve. Hydrostatic Testing is applied for testing Valve Seat, but it is applied on large diap valve.

This NDE is normally by the Manufacturer not the installer or the user.
