Can anybody help me regarding manhour estimate for executing Piping & Equipment Modelling utilizing PDS Software.

You might ask the PDS Software people.

After they're done laughing, they may ask you dozens of questions to help them understand your astronomically broad question.

Sorta depends on the desigher, too. Level of experience. Complexity of project.

There's more to designing piping than sitting at a keyboard.
