You can have all these information regarding Flanges from ASME 16.5 - 2003 code. This is all about Pipe Flanges and Flanged Fittings NPS1/2 through NPS 24 Metric/Inch standard.

it is not any kind of web page i know. But u can have all these data from ASME Code book which is published after evry 3 yrs. You have to subscribe it on www.asme.org.
