Quality Control Plan for Power Projects

Just go to: Search GlobalSpec and search for "quality management plan for a power project ". I got 5 hits there. Google will produce many, as well.

I doubt that anybody who spent hours producing such a plan would just send it to you, for free. I imagine most are proprietary.
