Welding Rod Oven Plans

Folks, I have searched the web and found many disjointed info blocks on welding rod ovens. Does anyone have a detailed working plan/design for such a oven. Not only for storage (lower temp) but to cook off / dry the rods before use. NOT coded work only me wanting as near perfection as I can get without spending a bomb. Old fridge is not what I am after something small desktop takes about 4 packs of rods at a time. george (in UK)
