Those electromagnets would be most effective by winding them with nichrome wire and completely submerging them in the working fluid to ensure the magnetic field is in full thermal contact with the fluid. This will also serve to cool the magnets during operation. If you can guarantee the working fluid is replenished as fast as it vaporizes you can leave them on continuously.

I am guessing English is a second language but I think I understand the basics of what you are proposing, however can you please explain your design in more clear detail and if possible include website links to similar designs you are basing your design on to help clarify things.

As others have already pointed out what you are proposing sounds like yet another over-unity engine proposal (see numerous other threads on CR4 on the subject), but without more information it is hard to say if this is the case or a case of miscommunication on your part and misunderstanding on ours.

Can you please provide more information in a format that is as clear as possible for us to understand what you are proposing.
