CT Flux Problem

1000/1A CT current injected through loading transformer. CT secondary shorted with short loop cable. measuring with clamp meter, the value varies with position of clamp meter. when put long loop in secondary the ratio proper unless the position varies.

short loop why the values varies.... may be CT flux affect clamp meter reading... CT is a ring type one.... Putting multimeter in secondary with short loop the ratio is proper....
