Have you any idea, at all on how to proceed?

I suggest that you quit this job, today, and find a job you are qualified to do.

Calculating bus bar ratings should have been learned in first year of school.

How can you possibly "design" anything if you have to ask for help with the basics?

Pardon my abruptness, but you are dealing with lethal amounts of energy and very well might kill people because of your lack of knowledge.

You can find this information on the internet. I doubt anybody here wants to contribute to your folly.

Good luck.

Well reviewing the standards relating to the substation would be an excellent start.

You sound like a consultant I once advised?
