Steam Turbine Controlling Modes

Dear all,,

I had a confusion among the steam turbine controlling methods like throttling loop, cv loop, sliding pressure, inlet pressure control, High pressure control......can any one explain the main differences among all above..I had idea abt each but i am getting confusing in differentiating among the controlling methods....

Somewhere in the design documentation for the installation should be something called a Control Philosophy, and another one called the Functional Design Specification. All the required information will be in these two documents.
