Hardness?
Young's modulus?
Colour?
Flavour?
Price?
Availability?
Corrosion resitance to acids, alkalis, cat urine...etc?

The material comparison for the selection of bellow materials ..the service is toxic..i.e. butadiene..

I don't think butadiene is considered 'toxic' in the normal context of piping and pressure vessel design nomenclature. Flammable, yes. Carcinogenic at high concentration, yes.

SS316Ti is superior to SS321.

More initials is always better, at least in terms of automobiles. (And golf clubs)

Actually, it probably doesn't matter.
