Go here: Search GlobalSpec.

Look for "contract manufacturers".

With a little more description, several of us can suggest a design that you might find acceptable. Of course, we will need to know things like from where will you take power and a few other details. Of course, this is a public forum so it won't be as private as working with some company. If you use some private business, make sure you have non-disclosure agreements and so on. Theft by small and big companies is commonplace these days.

There are many examples on the internet that will probably satisfy your need. Perhaps you would like some pointers for how to pick the best LED and what you can use as a driver. With a two color LED you can actually simulate 3 or 4 colors under the right conditions. Do you want it to blink? Fast or slow? Steady or accelerating? All of these questions can be answered without exposing how you intend to make your profits.

It might also be helpful to indicate your approximate location if you are looking for someplace you can visit in person. Otherwise the number of companies that provide quick prototypes are constantly changing.
