As 150CFM @ 10bar is using more air then 65CFM @ 13bar, the existing compressor is undersized for the intended role. Some supplementary compression will be required.

The nature of the adjustments available as stated in the existing compressor's User Manual and the nature of the user's financial constraints will determine whether it is better to add another compressor or replace the existing with a larger unit; those details cannot be seen from here.

Only if it's currently running well below its maximum allowable speed, and you can increase speed by about 2.3 x. (you might get away with a bit lower speed increase as relative slip will be lower). You can only find out from the manufacturer. It will draw more power too.

BTW what does it have to do with automotive?

Probably an on board air supply for an air powered automobile.

What powers the, "on board air supply for an air powered automobile"? Air?

There's just no way to work the weight of a hen into this one.

I assumed Doorman was having a laugh. We've been round this sort of thing plenty of times already on CR4.

Yup, I can't see any hens working here.

Our original poster vikas bhavsar has the advantage, though, of the available 1.0 duckdo from his existing compressor. That may prove useful in this quest.

I am supposing the placement of this thread in the auto forum is whimsy; this has nothing to do with automobiles.

150CFM@ 10 bar. Is that continuously? If so, then no, that compressor wil not work. If, on the other hand, the air cosuming device only runs 10% of the time, then, an air storage tank will allowthe compressor to work for you.
