Gladly sell you one.

What percent regulation do you need?

Pulse tach feedback?

Or someting as simple as Armature voltage control?

Long term drift requirements?

1 rpm in 4000 precision?

It is not practical to build a one off, buy it already made. It will be worth the $5k USD.
