I can't find any Stacker Reclaimer Manufacturer's Association. To my mind, there is no magazine exclusively devoted to "Stacker Reclaimer" being printed. THIS will give you a list of manufacturers. This item, I think, will come under bulk material handling. You may find it covered in any such magazine.
