Design for Suspended Type of Support Under Main Deck

Dear sir,

I have two identical vessel to design which is suspended under main deck.

I had never came across this kind of support so i need your help in designing this type of typical support.For your kind information Vessel Dia.is 1524 mm,TL TO TL is 4572.

Vessel Empty Weight - 3325 Kgs

Test Weight - 12249 Kgs.

Please Advise.

I dismiss, out of hand, any post which says, "I'm designing" something, and then goes on to explain that they don't know how to "design" the something.

That's just me.
