Software for Measuring Camera TVL?

I found software which was supposed to be able to measure camera tvl called Olympus Hyres but it was absolute crap, kept crashing and would not do anything. Is there an alternative way to measure camera tvl? Tvl is a quality measurement for cameras.

What software version of Olympus Hyres do you have? The current version is 3.1 You will require an oscilloscope to measure camera TVL in the alternative method.

I got the latest version 3.1. Is there no other programs which can take in the picture of a test chart and give out a reading?

Not in my knowledge. If you can search CCTV forums, you may come across some clues.
