I am having a bus duct with phase sequence as RR , YY and BB configuration. I want to connect this busduct with panel having RYB, RYB configuration. How to connect both these.
Sounds OK to me so far. But then again, you have provided so little information that your guess is as good as mine. How about a picture or a better description?
Your answer is only going to be as good as your question. It is your job on the line if you act on information obtained by being less than precise.
You need to consider such things as ampacity, circuit breaker size, and electrical code regarding branch circuits. Or better yet, find a qualified electrician in your area and ask him. Your question indicates that you are not qualified to deal with this problem by yourself!

Suitable adopter Box has to be made.Kink connections with required clearances to be made to suit the site conditions.One should have all the dimensions of both End chambers of BUSDUCT and switch board in x,y and z axis to arrive at proper design.
